TaxTune Accountants is a UK wide online accountancy practice working with sole traders, landlords, company directors and growing businesses right across the United Kingdom. We are based in Bolton, Greater Manchester and work remotely with clients everywhere, so it does not matter where you are.
We started TaxTune because tax should not feel like a fog. Too many people only hear from their accountant once a year, receive a bill they do not understand, and never feel in control. We wanted to build something calmer, clearer and genuinely modern.
Today we combine expert, friendly support with the convenience of working online, so you get the reassurance of a real accountant whenever it suits you.
These are the foundations behind every return we file. As an HMRC registered agent we can deal with HMRC directly on your behalf, our work is led by Hammad Rasool, an AAT qualified accountant, and we are supervised for anti money laundering, so your information is handled properly and your filings are in safe hands.

Who we actually are
Plenty of accountancy websites talk about "the team" and never tell you who that is. Tax is your money and often your livelihood, so you should know exactly who is behind the advice and be able to check it yourself.
Hammad Rasool, Director
TaxTune Accountants Ltd is run by Hammad Rasool. He is the director of the company and the person responsible for the work that leaves this practice. When you email us or fill in the contact form, it reaches a qualified accountant directly. There is no call centre, no account manager layer, and no handing you down to someone junior once you have signed.
That has a practical consequence worth being honest about. We are a small practice by choice, which means you get direct access to the person doing your work, and it also means we take on a limited number of clients at a time. If we are at capacity, we will tell you rather than take your money and let the service slip.

We would encourage you to do the same with any accountant you are considering, including the ones who do not make it this easy. An accountancy practice that will not tell you its company number is telling you something.
Where we are, and why it does not matter much
We are based in Bolton, in Greater Manchester, and we work remotely with clients across the whole of the United Kingdom. In practice almost nobody visits an accountant any more. Records arrive digitally, questions get answered by email or on a call, and returns are filed online. Being remote is not a compromise we are apologising for, it is simply how the work is done now, and it means where you live has no bearing on whether we can help you.
